The Inline Fourier Mid-Infrared Spectrometer is a rapid, reliable, and commonly used detection tool. Upon interaction with infrared light and compounds, the different molecular bonds within the compounds vibrate and rotate accordingly. By analyzing the position, shape, and intensity of peaks in the infrared absorption spectrum, one can obtain the characteristic absorption spectrum of various compounds. This aids in identifying unidentified compounds and conducting quantitative analysis. When combined with an integrated ATR circulation collection system, it can detect the components of test samples in real-time, making it ideal for inline process measurement.
